Civil Surgeon, Broach The following is a record of two cases ui caisson sickness presenting aphasia as one of the chief symptoms. This is rare among the manifestations of the sickness. Usually the symptoms of caisson sickness appear immediately or within a short time after the patient comes out of the air-lock or diving suit, but in this instance they have appeared slowly and after a long interval.
